About these terms

This service is operated by the operator of MailFinder Pro ("we"). By using it, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service. You must be 18 or over and able to enter a binding agreement. If you use the service for a business, you confirm that you can accept these terms for it.

Acceptable use

This service is for legitimate business uses, such as cleaning your own contact lists, business outreach, recruiting and customer support. You agree that you will:

• Have a lawful basis for any personal data you submit, and handle the results lawfully.
• Follow the data protection, anti-spam and electronic communications laws that apply to you. These may include India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, the EU and UK GDPR, CAN-SPAM and CASL.
• Respect any opt-out or objection you receive.

You agree that you won't:

• Send spam, or use results for phishing, fraud or other unlawful purposes.
• Harass, stalk, impersonate or harm anyone.
• Look up personal, private or non-business contact details, or anyone's details for non-business reasons.
• Sell, publish or build a directory from results.
• Get around usage limits, share accounts to avoid them, overload the service, or use it to attack or disrupt other systems.
• Upload data you don't have the right to use.

Your account

Keep your password and API keys secure. You're responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put the service at risk, and you can delete your account at any time.

Plans and payment

Free use has daily limits. Paid plans give a higher daily allowance for a fixed period, as shown on our site at the time of purchase. A paid plan is a one-time payment and doesn't renew automatically. Allowances reset daily at midnight India time, and unused amounts don't carry over. Payments are handled by our payment provider. See our refund and cancellation policy.

We may change plans, prices and limits for future purchases. Changes don't affect a period you've already paid for.

Results aren't guaranteed

Results are estimates based on what mail systems and public sources report at that moment. They may be wrong or out of date. A positive result doesn't guarantee that a message will be delivered, and some results are best guesses that are labelled as unconfirmed. Please decide for yourself whether a result is suitable before relying on it.

Availability and third parties

The service relies on third-party systems that can change, limit or stop responding at any time, so some checks may become less accurate or unavailable. The service is provided as is and as available. To the extent the law allows, we give no other warranties, and we may change or withdraw features at any time.

Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of profits, data or reputation. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that can't legally be limited.

Your responsibility to us

To the extent the law allows, you agree to cover losses and claims we face because of how you used the service or its results, or because you broke these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of India, without affecting any rights you have under consumer protection laws where you live.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the service means you accept the updated terms.
